Subscription Refunds

Nirasm offers annual streaming subscriptions at discounted rates. Once a subscription has been activated, it is generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments or accidental double charges.

• Technical failures preventing access to the service that are directly attributable to Nirasm.

• Any other exceptional circumstances approved at Nirasm’s discretion.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the payment date. Your request should include:

• The transaction ID or order number.

• Your registered email address.

• Reason for requesting the refund.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days may not be entertained except in exceptional cases.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Subscriptions that have already been used or accessed.

• Partial payments or credits applied towards subscriptions.

• Refunds requested due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with content or pricing.

Service Downtime and Failures

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary downtime for maintenance or technical issues will not be eligible for refunds unless it exceeds 72 consecutive hours and directly prevents access to the service.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes with your bank may result in suspension or termination of your account. Nirasm reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in case of fraudulent chargebacks.
