1. Eligibility: All participants from any region are welcome to join the competition. Participants can be of any age group. Minors (under 18 years) must participate under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria.
2. Video Submission Guidelines: Participants must submit a 30–60 second (Max 120 Sec) video of their dance performance. The video should be recent and original, with the participant’s face clearly visible. The background should be clean, and light editing such as filters is allowed. Heavy VFX, copyrighted content, or plagiarized choreography is strictly prohibited.
3. Entry Fee: A nominal entry fee is required for participation. The fee includes administrative costs and the production and delivery of trophy & certificates. Entry will be confirmed only after successful payment. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Multiple Entries: Participants may enter multiple categories, but each category requires a separate entry and payment. One video submission per category is allowed. Any duplicate or repeated videos will be disqualified.
5. Judging & Selection: Winners will be selected by a panel of qualified judges based on choreography, creativity, expressions, timing, rhythm, and overall impact. Organizers may also include public voting as part of the judging process. The decision of the judges is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding scoring or results.
6. Trophy & Certificates: All participants will receive a trophy & certificate via courier/post at the address provided in the submission form. Winners may receive additional awards such as cash prizes, trophies, medals, or digital badges. Participants must provide accurate details for trophy certificate delivery. Organizers are not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect information.
7. Intellectual Property & Permissions: By submitting a video, participants grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, and display their video/photos for judging, promotions, social media, and other competition-related purposes. Participants must ensure that their performance does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
8. Code of Conduct: Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior towards organizers, judges, or fellow participants may result in disqualification. Participants are expected to perform safely without putting themselves or others at risk.
9. Technical Responsibility: Organizers are not responsible for technical issues faced by participants during video recording or submission, including poor internet connection, corrupted files, or upload failures. Participants must ensure their video meets the required specifications before submission.
10. Modification of Rules: Organizers reserve the right to modify, change, or update rules, dates, categories, or guidelines at any time. Participants will be informed of major changes through official communication channels. By participating, entrants agree to comply with the most recent version of the rules.
11. Disqualification: Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules, submits plagiarized content, provides false information, or engages in misconduct. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Limitation of Liability: Organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses, injuries, or damages that may arise from participation in the competition. Participation is voluntary, and entrants accept full responsibility for their submissions.
13. Privacy & Data Usage: Participant's personal details, including name, address, phone number, and email, will be used only for competition-related purposes such as trophy & certificate delivery, result announcements, and communication. Information will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes without consent.
14. Agreement: By submitting your entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions mentioned above. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
