1. Eligibility: The Nira's Photography Contest is open to photographers of all skill levels across India. Employees of Nira Studio & Media, their immediate family members, and any individuals involved in organizing the contest are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Fee: Each submission requires a fee of ₹99. Payments must be completed via the official registration portal. Entries without completed payment will not be considered.
3. Submission Guidelines: Participants may submit images captured using Mobile Phones, DSLR, SLR, Mirrorless, Point-and-Shoot cameras, or Drones. Basic editing such as cropping, color correction, and exposure adjustments is allowed. Heavy manipulation, composite images, or using AI-generated content is strictly prohibited. Organizers may request RAW or EXIF files to verify authenticity.
4. Copyright & Ownership: All submitted photographs must be the original work of the participant. By entering, participants retain copyright ownership but grant Nira Studio & Media the right to display, publish, and promote the images for contest-related purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms without further permission or compensation.
5. Judging Criteria: Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, composition, technical quality, originality, and adherence to the contest theme. The panel of judges’ decisions will be final and binding. No correspondence or dispute regarding judging will be entertained.
6. Prizes: Winners will receive cash prizes along with sponsored gift vouchers. The prizes are non-transferable. Certificates of appreciation will be dispatched to all participants via courier to the provided addresses.
7. Awards Ceremony: Winners are required to attend the awards ceremony at the specified venue. Travel, accommodation, and other expenses related to attending the ceremony are the responsibility of the participants. The organizers reserve the right to make alternative arrangements in case of unavoidable circumstances.
8. Disqualification: Submissions found to violate rules, copyright laws, or containing inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory content will be immediately disqualified. Nira's Motion reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any stage of the contest without prior notice.
9. Liability: Nira Studio & Media will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or corrupted files during submission. Participants are advised to retain copies of all entries. Participants agree to abide by all instructions and rules provided by the organizers.
10. Publicity: By participating, entrants agree that their name, photograph, and entry may be used for promotional purposes by Nira Studio & media in relation to the contest without additional compensation.
11. Privacy: Participant's personal information collected during registration will be used solely for contest purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required for prize distribution and contest management.
12. Acceptance: Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
