1. Payment Failure: In case of payment failure or technical issues during registration, the participant is advised to retry or contact the support team.
2. Disqualification: If a participant is disqualified for violating contest rules, copyright infringement, or submission of inappropriate content, the entry fee will not be refunded.
3. Technical Issues: Nira Studio & Media is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or inaccessible submissions due to internet, website, or device-related issues. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Duplicate Entries: In the case of multiple entries by the same participant, each entry requires a separate fee. Duplicate entries will be considered invalid, and the fee for invalid entries will not be refunded.
5. Refund Requests: Participants cannot request a refund for any reason other than a confirmed payment error by the payment gateway. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official contest email and will be evaluated solely by the organizers.
6. Changes in Rules or Categories: Any modifications to contest rules, categories, or submission guidelines will not entitle participants to a refund. Participants agree to abide by updated guidelines once communicated.
7. Force Majeure: Nira Studio & Media is not liable for refunds due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the contest from proceeding as planned.
8. Acceptance of Policy: By participating in the Nira's Photography Contest, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. No exceptions will be made outside the conditions stated above.
